The celebrity chef is now one of the judges on Junior Bake Off.
Who is Ravneet Gill?
Ravneet Gill, born April 1991, is a British pastry chef, author, columnist and television judge.
She also works as a regular food columnist for The Guardian, The Telegraph, Observer Food Monthly and Courier Magazine.
Ravneet had a career change and trained at the world-famous cooking school Le Cordon Bleu after earning a degree in psychology at the University of Southampton.
She then went on to work her way up in different pastry sections all over London - most notably, St. John, Llewelyn's, Jamavar, Black Axe Mangal and Wild by Tart.

Since starting her career in 2016, Ravneet has worked in a number of prestigious restaurants and has released multiple baking books - one of which is titled The Pastry Chef's Guide.
The book was extremely well-received and helped to established Ravneet's credentials as a star of the future.
In addition to her work as a Pastry Chef, Ravneet is the founder and director of Countertalk - a community organisation that promotes and fosters positive workplaces environments in the catering industry.
Through her work with Countertalk, the star reportedly regularly hosted industry events and presentations - giving her a chance to experience the spotlight ahead of her TV career.

When did Ravneet Gill replace Prue Leith on Junior Bake Off?
When Junior Bake Off first premiered back in 2011, it was initially judged by the then-judges on the adult version of the show, Mary Berry and Paul Hollywood.
However, in 2013 Berry departed the series and was replaced by Allegra McEvedy who would go on to appear in two series of the show.
In 2019, McEvedy was replaced by Prue Leith after the spin-off show was acquired by Channel 4.
However, Prue Leith would only appear as a judge for a single series before being replaced with Ravneet Gill.
It was reported that Leith was concerned about filming for the show in the middle of the coronavirus pandemic.
Prue wrote on Twitter: “I am so sorry not to be doing Junior this year, delays to filming (mean) that there was a clash with schedules.
''But I’m delighted to welcome Rav to the Bake Off family and hope she enjoys working on the show as much as I have.”
As well as Liam and Ravneet, the show also stars comedian Harry Hill, who has been acting as the host of the Junior Bake Off since 2019.
Aside for Junior Bake off, Ravneet has also appeared on Saturday Kitchen, James Martin’s Saturday morning, This Morning, Saturday Mash up and Sunday Brunch.
She is also a judge on Five Star Kitchen: Britain’s Next Great Chef alongside Michel Roux Jr.
Previously talking about the show, she said: "I’m excited to be teaming up with the brilliant Mike and Michel for this extraordinary cooking contest, where the stakes couldn't be higher – the opportunity to operate a five-star restaurant in the heart of London.

Is Ravneet Gill married?
Ravneet Gill rarely publicly discusses her relationship status, but she did share a post that she had got married.
In a post celebrating her marriage, she revealed she met her husband at work.
Aside from her partner, her Instagram bio suggests she spends her time baking, cooking and eating and mostly with her cats and her Nan.
In an interview with , she shared some of the difficulties she had faced as a woman in the industry.

She said: "As a female chef, you're often in the minority - I was told early on to wear a wedding ring to avoid harassment.
''Climbing up the hierarchy involves a lot of push back in certain kitchens."
