CELEBS Go Dating star Nikita Jasmine broke down in tears as she revealed her dad's heartbreaking health battle.
The reality star, who shot to fame on Married At First Sight, has revealed her torment as her father continues to be unwell.
Taking to Instagram she begged any fans that might have links to cardiology doctors or nurses, as she needed help in understanding his condition.
She also shared a sweet photo of herself with her dad, where she revealed that she had been "sobbing for hours" as she continues to worry about her dad.
Nikita then shared a heartfelt statement which read: "The news I have received about my dad is heartbreaking and very hard for me to process atm."
She went on to say that her dad was "her world" and that he was her "main priority".
Nikita then said: "I don't fully understand what is happening right now.
"I am a mess and need time to focus on my dad and his health."

Meanwhile, it was revealed last year that Nakita has signed up to her second reality show in the hope of finding love.
But MAFS expert Mel Schilling has a "serious message" for the star ahead of the E4 show.
The Geordie star, who appeared on Channel 4's Married at First Sight this year, was axed from the series after just one week following her explosive outbursts at other cast members including husband Ant Poole.
Despite causing waves on the revamped UK version, Nikita, 27, is now set to cause fireworks as she joins the famous dating agency.

Aussie expert Mel, who was one of the relationship coaches the last series of MAFS, has some stern advice for the Newcastle babe.
Speaking about Nikita, Mel exclusively told The Sun: "Think before you speak.
"Slow down, she has a heart of gold there is no doubt about it but a lot of her words and behaviour can be quite damaging.
"So my message to her in quite serious tone is to think before you speak."
"Don’t just speak, think about your words and behaviour on other people."
