The Masked Singer’s Jaime Winstone is convinced Mushroom is iconic 80s singer
THE Masked Singer's Jaime Winstone was revealed to be Firework on Saturday night's show - and she thinks she knows who's lurking underneath Mushroom.
The actress appeared on today's This Morning to discuss her time on the show and predicted the cute fungi is none other than Lisa Stansfield.
It came after host Rochelle Humes addressed speculation she was Mushroom.
Se said: "I promise you guys, we're all friends here, I'm not Mushroom."
Lisa, 55, launched her career on singing show Search For A Star and will have taken her career full circle if she is Mushroom.
The twice-Grammy-nominated star's commercial peak came with her 1989 debut album Affection and she has since released seven more albums.
On Saturday night Rita Ora screamed and jumped up and down as her friend Jaime took off the mask.
She said: "I said your name. And I'm so mad I didn't keep it. I can't believe it!"
Host Joel Dommett said: "Rita, you're like best friends."
Rita responded: "Yes! But I just didn't know. I literally call her a firecracker, we all call her that"
Jaime has starred in a number of huge TV shows and period drama was one of her clues. She also made a lot of references to EastEnders after playing icon Barbara Windsor in the 2017 biopic Babs.
Another reveal in the show, Doughnuts, had kept judges - and the viewers - guessing, with many convinced Gary Lineker would be behind the mask.
But it was another football legend - none other than Michael Owen.
