The Iowa native hadn't appeared on Teen Mom since 2017 when she was fired for appearing in adult material.

Clearly excited about her new TV project, Farrah appeared in the final moments of Tuesday's episode of Teen Mom Family Reunion.

Today, she took to her Instagram page to re-post a clip of her dramatic entrance, followed by a telling quote.

The wording of the message read: "Karma is gonna hit some of y'all real hard for breaking people who had nothing but good intentions for you."

Farrah's comeback saw her stepping out into a common area where her costars were partying just before the credits began to roll.

Farrah waved as she announced herself, leaving her co-stars' jaws on the floor.

Gary Shirley, who shares his eldest child with Amber Portwood, said during the episode: "I saw a familiar face," noting that it took a moment for it to register that it was Farrah.

Ashley Jones, who never starred on Teen Mom during Farrah's tenure, said in a confessional: "I feel a demonic presence. It's creepin' up on me."

Fans got a kick out of the comment, with some seemingly agreeing with the sentiment.

One Twitter user wrote: "Oh no. Not Farrah. She's a damn horror."

Another tweeted: "LMAO ASHLEY SAYING 'I FEEL A DEMONIC PRESENCE, ITS CREEPIN UP ON ME' FARRAH."

"Farrah all like it wouldn't be a family reunion without her ... ma'am you are not family NOBODY likes you," another particularly blunt fan tweeted.

Others made a point to question how Farrah even found out about the show and who invited her.

Speaking with , Maci Bookout and Amber Portwood opened up about their former costar appearing on the show.

The duo said they "still care for" Farrah, despite their contentious relationship.

Maci told the outlet: "I had not seen her or spoken to her, honestly, in years.

"But we all were on the same page. Everyone should be invited.

"If you come, it's up to you, whatever."

Yet some are backing the star's comeback on a permanent basis as she teased a return to the main Teen Mom schedule.

TOUGH TIMES

The criticism comes amid a tough time for the mom of one who recently admitted she was "suicidal" after her arrest last month, before she was publicly slammed for allowing her daughter, 12, to dye her hair.

Farrah was alleged to have slapped a security guard in January at Grandmaster Records in Hollywood, before she counter-claimed she was "assaulted by club staff."

Farrah has today confessed to  that she is "moving out" of California for the meantime.

To hammer home her words, she was seen packing her belongings into a U-Haul.

After telling of her poor mental health, she added to the gossip website that she now has "no bodily function on her upper right side" and is undergoing physical therapy after images from the event saw her lying face-down on the floor.
