TAMMY Slaton called herself "beautiful" in a new photo after she lost 115lbs in just 30 days in rehab.

The 1,000lb Sisters star is currently residing at a food addiction rehab facility, where she's been updating fans on social media.

In her latest post, Tammy shared a slideshow of selfies on of her smiling and flashing piece signs at the camera.

The 35-year-old sported a green sweatshirt with her hair pulled back into a bun for the solo photoshoot, while she still had a tube attached to her throat.

She set the photo montage to the country song, She Don't Know She's Beautiful by Sammy Kershaw.

Fans praised the reality star in the comments for her progress in her weight loss journey as one wrote: "u look sooo better :)"

A second person agreed writing: "Definitely seeing an improvement, keep it up ❤️it’s not easy but it’s worth it"

While a third user echoed the statement adding: "I’m so glad your doing better !!💖"

CONCERNS FOR TAMMY

Viewers were concerned about Tammy's well-being following an update from her brother Chris on the season finale of the show.

During the episode, Chris revealed Tammy was rushed to hospital one day after arriving at rehab because she couldn't breathe.

"They're just telling us that her lungs have given up, and like her body is shutting down," their sister Amanda said, later admitting that they were "facing making funeral arrangements" for her.

Tammy was placed on a ventilator and then put into a medically-induced coma at the hospital.

When Tammy woke up, she was given a tracheotomy - which involved having a breathing tube inserted in her throat.

After three weeks in the hospital, she was able to return to rehab, where she has been for the last couple of months.

WEIGHT LOSS

The TLC star's health is improving as her brother revealed that she lost an impressive amount of weight during a short time period.

Chris told the camera during the show's finale: "So she's lost 100 - I think she told me 115lb in total in 30 days.

"I'm overjoyed that's she's ready to get on this train and start rolling down the tracks."

If Tammy stays on track, it's possible she has lost another 50 to 100lb since the finale was filmed.

She plans on staying at the Ohio rehab facility until the summer.
