Josh Duggar ‘watched RAPE porn’ just moments before he downloaded child sex abuse videos & photos on his computer
JOSH Duggar “watched rape porn” just moments before child sex abuse videos and photos were downloaded to his HP computer at his used car lot.
, 33, was found guilty of possessing and receiving child pornography on December 9 after a nearly two-week trial.
The Sun can exclusively reveal in an unsealed court transcript from a September 27, 2021 hearing that Josh watched rape porn before committing the crime that landed him behind bars.
According to the court transcript, Prosecutor Dustin Roberts questioned Special Agent Gerald Faulkner, who interviewed Josh during the car lot raid in November 2019.
Agent Faulkner went through the events of May 13, 2019, as he explained a Linux partition was created on the HP computer, which splits the computer into two sides and is password protected.
A TOR browser was downloaded on the partition side on the same day, allowing access to the dark web.
On May 14, 2019, Special Agent Faulkner explained: “At 4:58pm, TOR browser on the partition side of the HP computer was utilized to access porn sites associated with rape and files associated with child pornography.”
Josh went on to download a series of movies and photo files containing child pornography.

PORN ADDICTION ADMISSION
In 2015, Josh admitted his addiction to adult porn after he was busted on the marital affair website Ashley Madison.
Josh released in a statement at the time: “I have been the biggest hypocrite ever. While espousing faith and family values, I have secretly over the last several years been viewing pornography on the internet and this has become an addiction.”
Josh’s addiction is the reason program Covenant Eyes was installed on his devices so the depraved content would be detected by his accountability partner, wife Anna, if viewed, according to court papers.
Anna would receive periodic updates on Josh’s browsing history.
The rape porn and child sex abuse material was found on his HP desktop at work on the Linux partition side and could not be detected by Covenant Eyes.
ALLEGED VIOLENT SEX PAST
Also in 2015, adult film star Danica Dillon accused Josh of violent sex during alleged sexual encounters.
She told at the time: "He threw me on the bed and, in all honesty, though it was consensual it more or less felt like I was being raped.
“I never said no - I am going to have to reiterate that - I never told him no. But I did push him back and push him off and say, 'That's too rough, that's too rough.'"
Danica sued Josh for assault, as she requested $500,000 in damages.
She eventually dismissed the lawsuit.
JOSH'S SECRET
The Sun previously reported from the court transcript that Josh begged authorities to keep the child pornography case under wraps.
In the transcript obtained by The Sun, the court played audio at the hearing from an interview two Homeland Security agents had with Josh during the raid at his used car lot, Wholesale Motorcars, in November 2019.
Josh asked one of the agents: “And I guess what is the process from here as far as, is this a sealed — I guess is this a sealed case? Or what is the deal?”
One of the agents responded: “Yes. As it stands right now, this is.”
Josh replied: “So how does that work as far as disclosure of this? Because just for me, if this is disclosed, I mean, it’s going to be substantial.
“Because I would really — I mean, can my attorney move for a motion to keep it sealed? I mean I don’t — even at some point — like, the thing is, even just the allegation for me is just horrendous.”
The agent responded: “Absolutely.”
The charges became public after Josh was arrested in April 2021.

SHOCKING TRIAL
The highly-publicized jury trial lasted two weeks before the jury submitted a guilty verdict on both counts.
At trial, prosecutors presented damning evidence from Josh's HP computer.
It was revealed that one file name found on his HP desktop computer was of a video of a "3-month-old being sexually abused.”
One folder contained 65 thumbnail files of an underage girl.
The jury was shown the images and videos prosecutors claim were found on his computer.
Prosecutor William Clayman provided alleged texts and photos were taken on Josh’s phone at the car lot to show he was there at the same time child pornography content was downloaded at Wholesale Motorcars.
When the verdict was read, Josh was immediately handcuffed and taken into custody at Washington County Jail, where he was placed in solitary confinement away from other prisoners for his safety until his sentencing.
He faces 20 years in prison for each of the two counts.
JOSH FIGHTS BACK
The Sun previously reported Josh’s legal team filed a motion for an acquittal of the guilty verdict.
In the alternative, the court papers also request a new trial.
If both are denied by the court, his legal team is asking to dismiss count 2, which is the possession of child pornography charge.
