Coronation Street spoilers: Sarah Platt devastated as Lydia Chambers confesses to affair – with a sickening twist
KNOWN to be the cause of a horrifying intimidation campaign targeting Adam Barlow, Lydia Chambers steps up her plan.
The scheming Underworld PA takes things to another level by admitting adultery to Sarah Barlow in Coronation Street. But there's a catch.
In recent episode of the ITV soap, Adam (played by Sam Robertson) has been the victim of vandalising and was even held at gunpoint in his own office.
The hate campaign even targeted his wife Sarah (Tina O'Brien).
While the solicitor first believed a former client named Jeremy Bremner could have been responsible for this, Corrie fans now know that Adam's ex Lydia (Rebecca Ryan) is the culprit.

Hellbent on driving a wedge between Sarah and Adam, Lydia lies to the former in upcoming scenes due on our screens next week.
Lydia tells Sarah she has tried to end things with a married man she has been seeing but he allegedly refuses to accept their romance is over.
Later on, Sarah mentions Lydia's married man to Adam, telling him she feels sorry for her as he won't leave her alone.
Seeing that her plan is working perfectly, Lydia turns on the waterworks in a bid to get Sean Tully (Antony Cotton) on her side, claiming she's having man trouble.
A worried Sean offers to have a word with Sarah but things only get worse.
Meanwhile, Adam's name as a solicitor is being defiled on the Internet, as Imran Habeen (Charlie De Melo) soon discovers, indicating that the hate campaign is far from over.
After making out to Sarah that her ex won't stop harassing her via text - after apparently sending her sexy lingerie for Valentine's Day - Sarah and Adam argue over Lydia outside Victoria Court, much to the latter's satisfaction.
Lydia listens, intrigued, before making out that she spent the night with her married ex.

Sarah is more and more troubled by Lydia's love life and, soon, searches through Adam's receipts upon her return home.
One of them is from an expensive lingerie shop in London and slowly seems to confirm her suspicions.
Sarah then calls the hotel and queries Adam’s bill.
The receptionist confirms that he ordered champagne and oysters, which seals the deal for Sarah: Adam has been unfaithful with Lydia.
This leads to a tense confrontation between Sarah and Lydia.
And while Lydia feigns tears, admitting that she is having an affair with Adam, the solicitor returns home, unaware of the bombshell his former girlfriend has just dropped.
Adam assures Sarah that Lydia is lying through her teeth… prompting Sarah to show him the receipts she found.
