And as well as Ru, who found fame fronting reality series RuPaul's Drag Race, the End of the Show Show will also feature a number of Queens.

The Vivienne, Lawrence Chaney and Krystal Versace will perform a medley of hits as part of Saturday night's finale.

A source said: "Ru taking part has been the jewel of the show for producers who've tried to keep it under wraps for as long as possible.

"Ru will take up his place in the guest announcer box above the studio, while it's a world first to get the three previous winners of the BBC Three UK version of Drag Race to perform together in the End of the Show Show.

"The Vivienne, Lawrence Chaney and Krystal Versace will bring the first episode to an end in style."

The return date of Ant and Dec's hugely popular show was confirmed last week, much to the excitement of fans.

A live studio audience will return, as TV’s most popular duo host new and exclusive features, live surprises, celebrity guests and outrageous stunts along with all of the Saturday Night Takeaway favourites that viewers know and love.

Undercover and I’m A Celebrity…Get Out Of Me Ear will both return for the new series with some of the biggest celebrities taking part.

Last year’s highlights included Cat Deeley having a very bad day in an hilarious Undercover and the Redknapp’s and Mo Farah both taking part in Get Out Of Me Ear.

Some of the celebrities taking part in Undercover and Get Out Of Me Ear for the new series include Jeremy Clarkson and Oti Mabuse.

A brand new mini-series for 2022 called Polter Guys will see Ant & Dec become ghost busters. The new adventure will include many celebrity cameos including Rob Delaney, Jo Brand, Kadeena Cox, Tom Allen, Fred Siriex and Roman Kemp.

Stephen Mulhern, Fleur East and Andi Peters all return with Stephen putting the boys through brand new high octane Ant vs Dec challenges.

Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway returns live to ITV at 7pm on Saturday, February 19.
