LOVE Island winner Jessica Hayes looked dramatically different from her reality TV days as she recovered from a boob job in hospital.
The 28-year-old revealed she's had 450cc implants underneath her muscle after struggling with her self esteem in recent years.
Jess had been a B-cup and will need to wait for her chest to heal before knowing her new size.
In a fan Q&A on Instagram, she wrote: "Padded bras were my best friend since my two pregnancies and breast feeding for nearly 2 years.
"I lost all volume and was left with stretched skin after losing 3 stone that also didn't help. I was a small B and have been very self conscious for a while now."
She had the whole process filmed and said she would soon share it for her fans to watch.
Post-surgery, Jess said she's in a bit of pain but it's manageable with painkillers - adding that the "hardest part for the time being" is not being able to shower.
Her family are also having to look after her young son Presley for her as she needs bed rest.

Jess praised the team at Sunion Health, London, who she said calmed her nerves and have looked after her well.
Back in 2017 Jessica reflected on her cosmetic surgeries and admitted to having some regrets.
She told OK!: "I do look back at myself in pictures and think that’s not me!
"I wouldn’t say I’ve overdone it on the work but I do regret some of it.
"It’s a shame because you know what, before I went on the show I didn’t have a scrap of work done, nothing, and I was quite happy, like the girl next door.
"But we all do it. It’s the little things like, ‘Oh I don’t like my nose or I don’t like the shape of my face.’
"It gets to the point where you’re picking every little thing about yourself. It’s like a game."
