Happy Mondays’ Bez is all smiles as he’s seen for the first time since Dancing On Ice exit
HAPPY MONDAYS’ Bez was all smiles as he was seen for the first time following his exit from last night’s Dancing On Ice.
The 57-year-old became the latest celebrity voted off the ITV series after he lost the skate-off to Corrie’s Sally Dynevor.
In light of his exit, the Manchester native was pictured in jovial spirits as he left his hotel today.
Bez was seen smiling and playfully posing for photos while clad in a trendy navy tracksuit.
His appearance comes as fans mourned the indie music icon’s exit from Dancing on Ice in musicals week.
Many viewers took to Twitter when he lost the skate-off to Corrie’s Sally Dynevor and admitted they were “gutted” he was axed.
One fan wrote: “Now Bez is out, Thank the Lord, Mary, Joseph and the wee donkey I don’t have to watch ever again.”
A second said: “Secretly gutted that Bez is out of #DancingOnIce. He definitely improved since week one and so much fun to watch!”
A third said: “I’m glad Bez is out now I don’t have to watch that show anymore. Well done, Bez.”
A fourth chimed in: “Farewell Bez you were a legend.”

Bez performed in a skate-off against Sally, but faltered throughout Sunday’s show, including his pro partner Angela Egan falling over as they fought to keep their place in the competition.
Bez paid tribute to rocker Meatloaf, who died last month, by performing to Bat Out of Hell from the musical of the same name.
He roared onto the ice on a motorbike which had been his “dream” since joining the ITV show.
Complete with the “biggest production ever” featuring pyrotechnics and fire bursting from the ground, the musician admitted it was to distract the judges from his minimal performance.
The percussionist completed his routine strapped into a set of giant bat wings and was lifted high above the ice.
