Tammy, TK, began promoting a TikTok Live appearance alongside a small business owner earlier this week.

She shared an Instagram post about it, leading fans to believe they would have a chance to interact with her.

Some were confused by her decision to go live with a label printing company, questioning: "Is this a scam?"

Tammy did, in fact, go live with the brand, but her appearance left much to be desired.

She was live with the company for only a few minutes, much of which was spent trying to decipher what she was saying due to connectivity problems.

After only a few minutes, Tammy signed off the live and did not return much to the chagrin of her supporters.

One curious commenter wrote: "Ermm is this your new man?!"

Another posted: "She's definitely got a rehab boo. Looks like they're in the facility together."

Tammy was quick to shut down the speculation, insisting their relationship is purely platonic.

WEIGHT LOSS PROGRESS

Tammy shed 115 pounds in 30 days in rehab.

She went to the facility after suffering a collapsed lung.

Her brother, Chris Combs, provided an update on her health during the season finale of 1,000-Lb Sisters last month.

He said to the camera: "So she's lost 100 – I think she told me 115lb in total in 30 days. I'm overjoyed that she's ready to get on this train and start rolling down the tracks."

Tammy's estimated weight would be about 534lb after the major weight loss.

She intends to stay in the rehab facility for eight months.

If Tammy is able to get below 500lb, Dr Smith promised to arrange for her to come straight to him for weight-loss surgery.
