EMMERDALE fans all have the same question after Kim Tate offered Jai Sharma the chance to buy Mulberry cottage.
The multi-millionaire - who is played by actress Claire King in the ITV soap - has already accepted an offer to sell the cottage to a mystery buyer.

In tonight’s episode, it was revealed the buyer wasn’t Paddy Kirk, but she wouldn’t reveal who it was.
And she had a bigger shock for Jai - making him an offer he couldn’t refuse.
Kim summoned him to Home Farm and told him what she had in mind.
“I felt bad for Laurel,” she said.
“I know what it’s like to be intimately attached to a property. I’ve accepted an offer - why don’t you put in a rival one?
“I’ll save us both some time and tell you what your offer is. You offer me your shares in HOP and see what I say.”
Jai was shocked but couldn’t understand why Kim was suddenly being nice and reasonable after years of villainy.
She explained: “Gabby says Laurel’s very upset.
“I am offering you a way to give her what she wants more than anything else. You might want to take this more seriously.
“It’s enough to pay off your loan and leave you with a deposit on the house.
“I’d let the property go for what I’ve already agreed and with Laurel working for me - she’ll get a mortgage.
“Imagine the smile on her face - finally after all these years, Mulberry belongs to Laurel and you Jai are the one to give it to her.”
But fans think Kim is up to something else.
