FANS of The Chase were left "screaming at the television" after Bradley Walsh confirmed a grave error in the final - and it happened with just one second remaining.
The latest instalment of the staple ITV quiz show saw Simon, Eraj, Amanda and Drina join forces and compete against Mark Labbett - and things soon kicked off.
Going into the final with £29,000 in the prize pot, Drina, Amanda and Simon scored 16 points, which usually wouldn't be enough to defeat The Beast.
However, Mark made a few uncharacteristic errors, meaning when it came down to the last second it was neck and neck between him and the team.
Simon, Amanda and Drina let out an audible sigh, believing they had lost out in the last second.
But Bradley confirmed the team had actually won the £29,000 jackpot, causing Drina to burst into tears.
Bradley then revealed how close they were to losing the money after Mark accidentally said "19th century" instead of the decade 1860.
After the emphatic win, fans flooded Twitter to share their thoughts on "one of the most dramatic" finals seen ever on show.
Alongside an emoji of a grinning face, one person penned: "Wow. What an incredible final! I was literally screaming at the television."
