Kate and Ludo ‘almost’ got divorced a number of times

Kate, 53, admitted she had a way of “getting away” with things in her marriage, which saw her being “vile” to her poor husband.

The star told  that she had “no idea” how to juggle her work life with her home life.

“Basically, I got divorced almost every week as I tried to balance filming with writing the cookbook, which I had no idea how to do because I’d never done one before,” she detailed.

“I was vile to poor Ludo,” Kate added, saying that her marriage “almost” fell apart.

She added: “It was really hard. We were doing our day jobs while getting it up and running, with no knowledge or experience.

“We constantly asked ourselves, ‘Are we making a terrible mistake?’ But now we are living the dream.
