Soap queen Gemma Atkinson announces major new TV role after brief return to Hollyoaks
SOAP star Gemma Atkinson has revealed a huge new gig after returning to Hollyoaks.
The 37-year-old actress - who has a two-year-old daughter called Mia - is becoming one of the biggest stars of CBeebies.
She is joining the channel's Nigel Clarke for a new show called The Toddler Club which starts in April.
Gemma is famous for playing Lisa Hunter in Hollyoaks, Carly Hope in Emmerdale and Tamzin Bayle in Holby City.
But she is about to be famous to a new, much younger, generation of TV viewers on CBeebies.
She posted on Instagram today: "Yay!!! I can finally let you guys know that I’ve joined the @cbeebieshq team for their wonderful show @thebabyclubtv.
