Coronation Street’s Fiz Stape quits the cobbles after 21 years
FIZ Stape is quitting Coronation Street after 21 years.
The second hand furniture flogger - played by Jennie McAlpine in the ITV soap - made her debut as Roy and Hayley Cropper's foster child in 2001.
She was only meant to appear in five episodes but impressed bosses who quickly kept her coming back.
But after years of living on the cobbles, Fiz is now leaving Weatherfield.
Viewers have watched as she moved on from cheating Tyrone Dobbs and found love with new love Phill.
They have been planning on selling up on the Street and moving to a posh new house.

And now next week it finally happens after Tyrone agrees to drop the asking price on the house for a quick sale.
With Phill being sacked for leaking a report to Maria Connor during the council elections, he has some tough news for Fiz.
He can no longer afford the renovations for the house and they might have to stick around.
And when Fiz tries to hurry up the sale of Tyrone’s house - she hits a brick wall.
The estate agent tells her last year’s sink hole disaster is putting buyers off.
She insists the price needs to come down if they want to sell up but Tyrone refuses.
