She told how she feared mum Jean was heading for a crash

And tonight her daughter Stacey laid the truth down to Jean’s boyfriend Harvey.

She told him all about how Jean’s bipolar means she will be on top of the world for a while, with no inhibitions or boundaries.

And she warned him how EastEnders favourite Jean is heading for a major crash.

Insisting her mum needs professional help, Stacey thought she had got through to Harvey and he would look after Jean.

But it was all for nothing. At the end of the episode Stacey caught Jean and Harvey driving off for a last minute holiday to Dorset.

Harvey hadn’t listened to Stacey at all and she was devastated.

Turning to Eve, she told her it was only going to end one way - not well.

It has left fans fearing for Jean - though many applauded the performances.
