A Place In The Sun host Danni Menzies reveals she’s single after split with boyfriend this week
A PLACE In The Sun host Danni Menzies has revealed that she is now single after splitting with her boyfriend earlier this week.
The property expert, who shot to fame on the Channel 4 property show, said she called it quits with her partner and admitted she was feeling "s***".
The TV star, who announced last month that she had quit the show after six years, said that it was difficult to maintain a long-term relationship when she was constantly jetting off.
The presenter, 33, said she is hoping that she will now be able to focus on her love life, despite her recent breakup.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Danni said: "I’ve left the show about a month ago, I’ve done it for six years and it’s about time for a change and there were quite a few things that were hard to do when I was doing the show, like have a relationship.
"Like when you go on a date you’re packing your bag every week doesn’t really happen, so I just thought it’s time for a change."

The Scottish beauty revealed that she split with her partner on Wednesday - while joking that men find her "intimidating".
"I actually broke up with someone yesterday – it was s***," Danni said.
"I think it was the right thing.
"Men are intimated by me, I don’t know why, I’m really nice."
So many episodes have already been filmed that she will still be a regular fixture throughout 2022 alongside fellow Scots presenter Jean Johansson and the other hosts.
Sharing the news on her social media last month, she announced: "The news is out, I am!!! I've actually just filmed my last show."
She gave fans some solace, however, with the news that she has filmed plenty of episodes that are still to air.
