TEEN Mom Farrah Abraham has talked all about her rehab stint as she resurfaced on social media for the first time in about a month.
Farrah, 30, released a nearly two-minute video on
The Teen Mom OG alum had stringed pearl earrings and had on a gold jacket as she spoke to the camera.
The MTV star said she had "the best time of my life" at the "trauma treatment center."
Farrah continued: "I hope everyone gets to work on themselves, get trauma work.
"It is essential for us to function in our very hectic lives, in our very traumatic environments."

The Teen Mom star mentioned she was there for the one-year anniversary of "the trauma that set everything off."
She continued: "I am still working on myself for this next year with all the recovery tools that I have, now that I am just getting out of my trauma center."

Farrah captioned her post: "Happy to be back and celebrate with the one-year recap anniversary of my first year of recovery from my sexual assault."

The reality star asked her followers to "share my blog with others who may benefit from the resources."
In the comments section, she noted: "Thank you for the donation to help sexual assault victims! I know the foundation will be grateful"
Farrah is the mother of her teen daughter, Sophia, 13.
CHECKING INTO REHAB
At the beginning of March, the MTV mom announced she was checking herself into rehab for about 28 days.
Farrah told : "I look forward to sharing that journey with others and I hope there’s just less taboo about taking care of your mental health when we are experiencing a lot of trauma and difficulties in our world right now."
She opened up about having suicidal thoughts since her assault arrest for allegedly slapping a security guard outside of a restaurant.
FARRAH'S ARREST
Her arrest took place back in January when the Teen Mom star got into an altercation with security at the Grandmaster Records in Los Angeles, California.
A witness told TMZ that Farrah was asked to leave the venue after another individual allegedly assaulted her and her friend.
When Farrah refused to walk away, the situation escalated after paramedics arrived on the scene.
Police were called in for backup, which eventually led to Farrah's arrest.
After being released, she shared a video of herself on the ground in the midst of the scuffle.
In the clip, the TV personality was on her stomach as a security guard held her arms back and pushed her leg down.

Farrah bashed the venue and their staff for creating "such an unsafe, disturbing environment."

She also called the incident "scary" and accused individuals of "harassing me, holding me down, hurting me, and lying about me, and selling things to TMZ."
