Inside RHOC alum Braunwyn Windham-Burke & husband Sean’s new $3.9M Newport Coast home featuring stunning ocean views
THE REAL Housewives of Orange County alum Braunwyn Windham-Burke is now living in a luxury $3.9M home with husband Sean amid their unique marriage arrangement, The Sun can exclusively report.
The 44-year-old mother of seven- who came out as gay in 2020- splits her time between Newport Beach and New York, where her model girlfriend Victoria Brito lives.

After parting ways with the Bravo show back in June last year and branding her former cast mates "homophobic," she's now on her own journey, and is also celebrating two years of sobriety.
Braunwyn gave The Sun an exclusive tour around her swanky O.C. abode, which boasts five bedrooms and three and half baths and is nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac in a gated community.
The excited star revealed: "As of right now, my living situation is I am bicoastal."
"I go between Newport Beach and New York. I have a beautiful home here," she said, although she admitted she is looking to buy rather than rent.

"Sean and I kind of wanted to get our footing before we decided what we wanted to do," she explained. "But now that we've tried out the nesting thing, we know it's going to work.
"We're looking for a [permanent] home here. Our kids are here. This is where their schools are, this is where their friends are. We don't want to uplift them.
"In New York I'm living with Victoria, we have the cutest little flat in Williamsburg, which I love. So for me, it's the best of both worlds.
"I spend two thirds of my time here with the kids.
"I spend one third of my time in New York. Hopefully as things kind of progress with Sean's work, it'll be more of a 50/50 thing.

"But right now this is working for us. It's good, I'm living the dream life right now."
Both Braunwyn and Sean reside at the home at separate times, with her husband living elsewhere when she's in town, but they say the arrangement works for them as their kids don't have to move around.
The former couple, who tied the knot in 2000 and are yet to divorce, share children Bella, Rowan, Jacob, twins Curran and Caden, Koa, and Hazel, all aged between 3 and 21.
Braunwyn showed off her stunning dining room, which features eye-popping giant sculptures by her talented artist mother Dr. Deb, who also appeared on RHOC.

The kitchen has white and brown cabinets and a central island, and runs through to the living area with a cozy brick fireplace and plush furnishings, perfect for family gatherings.
The small but peaceful landscaped garden at the home includes incredible ocean and Catalina views with stepping stones and a patio area for outside dining.
Braunwyn also invited The Sun into her master suite, with modern plush cream and lilac interior, along with rails of designer clothing, shoes and accessories for upcoming events, including Coachella.
A modern ensuite is also filled with the star's collection of expensive handbags and a wall of decorative earrings next to a traditional white bathtub with stunning views overlooking the coast.

Braunwyn and Sean, who is the President of Channelstars, a tech collaboration center in Newport Beach, previously sold their $4.7M in July 2019.
They have been renting ever since in the area, and also spent time in Hawaii with their children before figuring out the next steps for their very modern family.
