The Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum shared tons of photos and short videos from the extravagant bash on her Instagram Stories.
In the most recent Instagram Story, the E! star popped up to sing the Happy Birthday song to her little one.
The reality star wore a stunning pink outfit and had long blonde hair.
