Gogglebox bosses pay Ellie Warner full show fee as star misses filming after boyfriend Nat’s crash
GOGGLEBOX star Ellie Warner has been paid her show fee in full while being off-screen as bosses rally to support her after her boyfriend's accident.
The 31-year-old hasn't been seen on air since Nat’s horror crash injuries last month.
Producers have told her to take all the time she needs - and keep her monthly £1,500 per household payment.
Channel 4 had no comment.
A source told The Sun: "Bosses paid Ellie her full fee for the show - they didn't want her or Izzi worrying about money.
"Of course they've honoured the payments - they take duty of care very seriously on the show."

It's after The Sun revealed she won't return this series as the devastated star continues to be by Nat's bedside.
On Friday, March 18, Nat was rushed to intensive care after he was hit by a car in Halton, Leeds while walking home in the early hours.
A family member confirmed he had suffered a broken neck and back as well as two collapsed lungs.
They added he was also initially placed on a life support machine.
In a short statement, West Yorkshire Police confirmed: "The pedestrian remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital and enquiries into the incident are ongoing".
Gogglebox is a British reality TV series which has aired regularly on Channel 4 since 2013.
Ellie joined alongside her sister Izzi to star on the weekly programme since 2015.
A source close to Ellie said: “Ellie’s focus, 100 per cent, is on Nat and supporting him in his recovery.
"She’s been told to take as much time off as she needs and it is very unlikely she will be returning during the current series.
"Producers have told her to take as long as she needs.”
The Channel 4 show involves small groups of family and friends watching a wide variety of shows from the comfort of their living room while sharing their honest thoughts.
Producers have never confirmed how much the stars are paid, but in 2016 we revealed each household is paid the same monthly allowance of £1,500.
A show insider shared that the fee is then split amongst contributors at their own discretion.
They also get to tuck into a free takeaway of their choice twice a week to keep them fuelled during long filming sessions.

The armchair critics have to watch 12 hours of telly a week in total - which is divided into two six-hour stints.
This allows most participants to hold down their usual full-time or part-time jobs around filming.
