DANNIELLA Westbrook went make-up free last night after her recent nose job as she walked her beloved dog Bruno.
Years of past drug-taking left the legend with crumbling bones, a collapsed jaw and cheekbone, but she has vowed to rebuild her face and boost her self-confidence.
Danniella Westbrook, 48, was spotted with a bandaged face earlier this month.
Last night, she looked fresh-faced and healthy in a new video as she walked her bulldog, and told fans: "I've got no make up on today.
"But does anyone else's dog look at them really oddly when they hug a tree? Because mine does."
The star told The Sun she is hoping surgery will not only help rebuild her face but also restore her shattered self-confidence.
The mum of two has already had two of FIVE reconstructive operations at Liverpool's Aintree Hospital, and has more surgery appointments coming up at the end of April and in May.

One of the procedures will see part of one of her ribs inserted into her cheek.
Danniella said: "I hate the way I look. I'm constantly made fun of, and trolled for it.
"People message me, saying, 'You're so ugly, you're a junkie, you should just go and kill yourself'.
"I've also had messages saying they are glad I'm not coming back to EastEnders because no one wants me scaring their kids on the telly.
"I pretend I'm fine, always happy to bounce back and fight every battle.
"But it's not the case inside, and feeling like this makes me really lonely.
"Sometimes I wake up and think 'I don't want to die today but I don't want to face the world either'."
Danniella, who took her first line of cocaine at 14 and is thought to have blown £250,000 on drugs, is adamant she is not undergoing surgery to silence the trolls.
You're Not Alone
EVERY 90 minutes in the UK a life is lost to suicide.
It doesn't discriminate, touching the lives of people in every corner of society - from the homeless and unemployed to builders and doctors, reality stars and footballers.
It's the biggest killer of people under the age of 35, more deadly than cancer and car crashes.
And men are three times more likely to take their own life than women.
Yet it's rarely spoken of, a taboo that threatens to continue its deadly rampage unless we all stop and take notice, now.
That is why The Sun launched the You're Not Alone campaign.
The aim is that by sharing practical advice, raising awareness and breaking down the barriers people face when talking about their mental health, we can all do our bit to help save lives.
Let's all vow to ask for help when we need it, and listen out for others... You're Not Alone.

She says: "After I relapsed (in 2014), for years I didn't care what I looked like because I was on a crazy whirlwind of destruction.
"But I've got to a point where looking like this upsets me, so I'm going to make a change not because of what others think but so I can be happy with the way I am.
"It will change the way I look but also help my breathing and sinus issues.
"So it's about my health as well. I'll be in for the big surgery, which is the bone replacement, at the end of April. And then the final operation to tweak and finish the nose is at the end of May."
Danniella first found fame in EastEnders, playing Sam Mitchell for a decade from 1990, before returning in 2009 and again in 2016.
She has left and now lives in North Yorkshire, where she is studying for an NVQ in therapy and is looking to help launch a holistic wellness centre.

She said: "The risk of relapsing in Essex is huge, and I can't put my recovery on the line by living there again.
"You get caught up in that lifestyle, and the drink and drugs that come with it.
"I just can't do the whole keeping up with the Joneses thing.
"It's such a fake lifestyle. You might have the body of a gym bunny but at the weekend you're in the toilet doing drugs. To me, that's not life.
