GMB 'FARCE'
PIERS Morgan says his exit from Good Morning Britain was a farce — and vowed his new show will champion free speech.
Piers Morgan stormed off ITV’s GMB when he said he did not believe Meghan’s claims from her Oprah Winfrey interview.
His comments sparked a record 58,000 complaints to Ofcom.
But Piers Morgan, 57, said: “The whole thing was a farce.
“And I’m delighted that as a result we’ve ended up with a whole network which is now dedicated to preventing that kind of farce from recurring.
"You shouldn’t be shamed, vilified or cancelled for having an opinion.”
