Britain’s Got Talent’s baby-faced boyband Connected unrecognisable after band split and brutal bike accident

BRITAIN'S Got Talent's baby-faced boy band Connected are unrecognisable now they're all grown up 13 years after the show.

The five young friends made it all the way to the final of the ITV talent competition back in series four in 2010.

Connected was made up of school pals Matt Fitzgerald, twins Myles and Connor Ryan, and brothers Max and Harry Mondryk.

The five pals, aged from 13 to 15, had dreams to tour the world as the next big boy band, and so took to BGT with hopes to win.

They sang the Backstreet Boys' I Want It That Way to audition - which wowed judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Piers Morgan.

Connected were asked to sing a second song, and turned their hand to Marvin Gaye's Ain't No Mountain High Enough.

The group were given three 'yes' votes and sent to the live Final, where they performed What About Now by Westlife.

Despite winning favour again from the judges, the young pals ended up in 8th place in the series, won by Spellbound.

The year after the show, brothers Max and Harry - and their pal Matt - took to Facebook to reveal the other two members had quit.

It led to the Mondryk brothers and Matt forming ReConnected, while Myles and Connor Ryan formed duo The Change.

ReConnected joined Little Mix as a supporting act for the third leg of their 2013 DNA tour, alongside Loveable Rogues and The Mend.

They went on to release a single - One In A Million - which reached number 32 in the Top 40 charts.

In 2014, the band took to YouTube to confirm they had split and were chasing solo careers - and stepping back from music.

Since then, Max looks to have taken a further back seat from his career after he was involved in a nasty car accident.
