COP drama DI Ray has been exciting fans on ITV.
And fans have been thrilled to pick out some local landmarks. Here's where the new drama was filmed.
Where is DI Ray filmed?
ITV's new series DI Ray is set in the Midlands with many of the series being filmed in Birmingham city centre.
The film crews were spotted by fans in October and November 2021 in locations across the city.
And as the drama began fans enjoyed spotting the landmarks.
One said: "Am loving how fabulous #Birmingham is looking on #DIRay - and it's actually Birmingham and not an unnamed city! It's always London and Manchester on these dramas, now it's our turn."
St Paul’s Square
Film crews were spotted in this leafy section of the city in November 2021.
The last standing Georgian square in Birmingham, St Paul’s Square is located in the Jewellery Quarter and titled after the church.

Film crews were spotted outside the landmark office block Three Snow Hill.
Filming for the new show took place at the busy city centre location, which is near the Children’s hospital and Gun Quarter, in October 2021.
They were also sighted filming scenes on top of the building.
Livery Street
Local fans may also recognise scenes filmed in Livery Street.
For those unfamiliar with the area, Livery Street is located within the city’s Soho & Jewellery Quarter.
Fans have also noticed other locations including the library and water feature.
One person tweeted: "Lovely bit of stuff outside the Library of #Birmingham on #DIRay That water feature looking spectacular."
And one fan said: "What a great opening to #DIRay! Top action in Centenary Square. Good to see Birmingham landmarks."
When is DI Ray on and how can I watch it?
DI Ray was written by Line Of Duty actress and screenwriter Maya Sondhi, who was born and raised in Birmingham.
The drama follows Bend It Like Beckham star Parminder Nagra as she takes on the role of police detective Rachita Ray.
A synopsis for the series says Rachita is a Leicester-born police officer "who takes on a case that forces her to confront a lifelong personal conflict between her British identity and her South Asian heritage".
Show producer Jed Mercurio shared: "I felt that the blend of the identity crisis story, the heritage conflict story, alongside a police procedural could be developed into something that would stand a very good chance of getting on a mainstream channel.
"We were incredibly fortunate that ITV responded to the material with so much support.
"It’s just so important that we have such a large television industry that serves the UK audience and travels overseas.
"And it's really important that we give a platform to all kinds of voices, just not the traditional ones."
