BEAT AROUND THE BUSH

I was on Naked Attraction and bosses tell you what reasons to give for axing someone

A FORMER Naked Attraction hopeful has revealed all about his time on the dating show.

Hezron Stephenson, 27, who recently appeared on the Channel 4 series has stated that bosses actually tell you what reasons to give when axing a potential date from your lineup.

Hezron was on the show recently

The show’s premise sees one singleton presented with six naked bodies in pods, all potential partners who have to be whittled down to just one using naked attraction alone.

The first round reveals only the lower half of the bodies, and works its way up.

The show’s host Anna Richardson typically gets all up close and personal with the singletons’ genitalia, analysing them with the contestant.

However, according to Hezron, you aren’t allowed to make any comments about those in the pods’ genitals/bodies which may be perceived as negative.

Of course, it’s understandable, but Hezron spoke exclusively to the and stated “you’re lying to yourself” on the show.

In his interview, the former contestant revealed he made it clear what his type was on the show, but he was “set up to fail”.

Presented with six naked men, Hezron recalled when bosses previously asked him “what’s your type?” to which he told them “big, bold, burly and preferably Irish”.

He explained: “I got short, stocky, full of make-up and Botox”, adding that “TV is very biased.

“They always ask you what you want and they never give you what you ask for.”

Contestants are banned from making comments about those in the pods’ bodies, and according to Hezron he wasn’t allowed to get rid of those he wasn’t attracted to in the first round “for body image reasons”.

He explained: “When you’re picking – obviously there were people I wanted to get rid of first, but they said we couldn’t for body image reasons, so you had to pick different reasons why you wanted to get rid of somebody.

“You couldn’t say, ‘Oh he’s too large’, but you could say, ‘Oh I don’t like him because he’s got hair on his chest and I don’t like hairy chests.’

“You’re lying to yourself – you love a hairy chest!”
