"Since I learnt to approach my problems with honesty and humility, instead of refusing to feel anything negative, I’ve realised that sharing my vulnerability without worrying about appearing weak or unattractive helps us to cope far better.
“I actually like sharing my mistakes and flaws because I know it makes me more accessible to others that might think they’re the only ones experiencing whatever they’re going through.
"We’re all holding on to something difficult, which is one of the reasons why being on the Loose Men panel and having the chance to talk openly is a privilege that I’m very grateful for.”

He has enjoyed an incredible career on TV which includes hosting This Morning.
Speaking about joining the Loose Men panel he said: “It’s so important for us all to talk more - because the more we talk, the more we can look out for each other.
"People can be ‘boiling kettles’ and have all this steam building up inside, sometimes we just have to take the lid off and let it go.
"Often a conversation with friends is the way to do that, which is why shows like Loose Women and Loose Men are hugely important in encouraging open conversation and letting people know it’s okay to be vulnerable."
Brian Conley
EastEnders star and comedian Brian Conley will be sharing his thoughts on the LM panel.
