Jane rounded things off in Miami, where she took a private speedboat tour with Captain Mike to see the homes of the rich and famous.

As well as seeing Millionaire's Row, where the Beckham family have a property, Captain Mike showed her Star Island.

He said: "We keep the names very easy. Star Island, is named after a bunch of stars. We keep it simple, it's easier to remember."

Jane quipped: "I like things simple, like my men."

As the episode came to an end, Jane reflected on the trip, saying: "As the sun goes down in Miami, the sun goes down on my amazing trip.

"It really has been an unforgettable road trip across the sunshine state.

"I am glad to say as well that I've fallen in love even more with every place I've been."

Viewers were sad to see the show end, but many immediately took to Twitter to suggest Jane's next project.

After the UK's Sam Ryder finished second in the Eurovision Song Contest on Saturday, many of Jane's fans requested she become the country's next entry.

One wrote: "The only way we can win Eurovision is if Jane McDonald performs."

Another tweeted: "Jane McDonald for Eurovision 2023."

A third agreed, writing: "I think the obvious choice must include Jane McDonald. She screams #Eurovision."
