TEEN Mom Jade Cline's baby daddy Sean Austin nearly breaks into tears when discussing sobriety and his battle with addiction.
Jade Cline, 24, shares four-year-old daughter Kloie, with boyfriend Sean.
The Teen Mom 2 Reunion clip, posted to official Teen Mom Instagram page, shows the couple discussing their current relationship.
Dr. David Drew Pinsky, the host and mediator of the reunion special, directs his first question to Jade.
"Are you angry at Sean? Got some resentment still from what he was?"
Jade replies honestly stating, "No I'm not angry with him. I think it was more that I wanted him to see me. To see me hurting and be empathic".

Dr. Drew follows up with Sean, "Anything you want to tell her about what she's been describing here?
To which the father of one responds: "She has every right to feel those feelings, that's normal that's human but I can't say sorry enough. The only way that I can really say sorry is to be that man that she needed me to be now."
"Living amends" adds Dr. Drew to which Sean agrees.
He then continues, voice shaking as he gets emotional: "The same thing with my daughter, I was confused. How do I make amends to a kid? But the only thing I can do is be there for her and be [the] dad that she needs me to be."

Fans rushed to the comment section of the post to discuss Jade, Sean, and the progress he's made.
One fan wrote, "Sean looks so happy. He look so [good]".
Another agreed, stating "Sean looks so good!! Congratulations to them both! This is not an easy transformation and they're doing it!"
While a third Teen Mom fan added: Sean cleans up well. Keep up the good work."
RECOVERING THROUGH REHAB
Sean entered rehab in 2021 for drug addiction and for clarity on mental health.
Along with rehab, Jade revealed he received counseling and therapy, which helped him get sober.
In an Instagram Q&A, the Teen Mom stated that she is so proud of Sean and that he's doing amazing.
"So much has changed in our lives and I'm very happy," she continued.
Sean and Jade have struggled through an on-again, off-again relationship while co-parenting Kloie.
It appears that the couple, for the meantime, is back together and working things out.
DIGGING UP THE PAST
Sean hosted and Instagram Live chat with his followers where he detailed his rehab and discussed the MTV reality show.
During the video, the Teen Mom 2 dad told fans that rehab showed him he "needed to find" himself.
He explained: "That's who I need to find at the end of the day was myself and come to terms with things that I haven't came to terms with and get s**t of my chest that I didn't know I needed to get off my chest and unbury everything that I've had buried for so long."
Asked if it was "triggering" to re-watch episodes of Teen Mom filmed during his addiction he said: "No.
"It has me shook though because I'm like, 'damn, I actually thought I had it hidden well. I actually thought that I had everybody fooled.'"
He went on: "It's a perfect example of what I don't want to look like and what I don't want to be portrayed as.
"It's a good reminder that I'm in a better spot right now and I don't have to live like that anymore."
