JAMES Khan found himself in the unenviable position of being the first guy to be dumped from the Love Island villa in series two.
But fast forward six years, and the shredded fitness fanatic is certainly not bitter about his fleeting time on the reality show.
He's even poked fun at his five minutes of fame on social media to encourage people to sign up to his fitness plan.
The fun-loving 26-year-old has packed on some serious size and often shows off the results of his hard work in topless Instagram snaps.
Rugged James' grid is dominated by smiling selfies and days out with his mates, giving off strong work hard, play hard vibes.
His time on Love Island came to an end when Kady McDermott coupled with Scott Thomas over him.

After sending James home, Kady later become tearful, telling Zara Holland and Malin Andersson: “I felt sick. I was nervous. I don’t know why I felt sick.”
Zara felt she had made the right choice, telling Adam: “I didn’t know where she was going with it, but she’s made the right decision in my opinion.”
“This is fun, nah it’s cool,” James confessed as the Islanders bid him a final goodbye, before adding: “I feel gutted about being dumped.”
Scott added: “James was a proper sound guy and was always a gentleman. He had to do his best but didn’t have enough time.”
