LEWIS Bloor looks almost unrecognisable six years are leaving The Only Way Is Essex following an extreme body transformation.
The former reality star, 32, has swapped nights out down the Sugar Hut for intense gym sessions and now works as a fat loss coach.
Lewis has shown off an incredible body overhaul, revealing his ripped muscles in a series of before and after shots.
And it's not just his looks that have changed.
During his time on the ITVBe reality show, Lewis was known as a bit of a lothario - dating co-stars including Lauren Pope and even confessing to kissing Jess Wright.
He was also with Geordie Shore's Marnie Simpson for a year after they met in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

But it seems Lewis has finally settled down and is now in a relationship with Eva Randall.
Lewis's change in lifestyle comes after he was cleared of being part of a £3m diamond scam in October last year.
He and five other men were acquitted after prosecutors did not properly disclose evidence.
Lewis had denied conspiracy to defraud between May 2013 and July 2014.

Victims were allegedly conned into buying coloured diamonds at a 600 per cent mark up.
Lewis said after the trial at Southwark crown court, London: “The hardest thing about this has been the onslaught of death threats.”
