Bake Off: The Professionals 2022 teams: Who is in the line up of the Channel 4 show?
BAKE Off: The Professionals 2022 series is coming to an end.
But here is a look at all the contestants that took part in the Channel 4 competition.
Who are the Bake Off: The Professionals contestants?
Boglarka & Krisztian – ELIMINATED
Boglarka and Krisztian are in charge of the kitchen at the new Gloucestershire restaurant Jó Szerencsét.
The Hungarian couple has two young children, who are apparently also keen bakers.
Sadly the couple were voted off in week two.
Emanuele & Mariola – ELIMINATED
Best friends Emanuele and Mariola work at London’s exclusive members’ club – Eight Club.
While they have only been working together for a short time, they have become a formidable duo.

Mariola is also a tattoo artist while Emanuele has a love of music.
They were the first pair to be booted off the show after their creations collapsed.
Jeffery & Venus – LEFT DUE TO ILLNESS
Team captain Jeffrey and his sister-in-law Venus own a patisserie in Cheshire called A Little Sweet.
At the age of 18, Jeffrey began working in five-star kitchens in Hong Kong before starting his own culinary school.
He is no stranger to competition having won the World Chocolate Masters along with other medals and has even judged competitions himself.
But sadly they were forced to leave the competition in week three due to illness.
Aline & Nina – ELIMINATED
Aline not only set up The Pink Kitchen but also ran courses teaching how to make cakes.
The pair met when Nina took one of Aline’s courses and now work together in The Pink Kitchen.
At a young age, Aline began baking with her mother and learnt the basics of chocolate work.
They left the competition in week four.
I Shan & Jojo
Graphic designer turned patissier, I Shan, helped build a Van Gogh inspired tea room with her pastry compositions.
Taiwanese I Shan met good friend Jojo while working at the five-star Hotel Cafe Royal in London.
Jojo’s love of baking began as she grew up in the Philippines and the pair believe their creativity and skill could take them to the top.
The duo made it into the final six teams of the competition with their impressive designs and tastes.
Nathan & Kevin
With a career spanning over 20 years, Nathan has worked in Paris country clubs and patisseries as well as London’s Harrods.
Kevin, hailing from Nantes, France, also has an impressive CV with time spent at Harrods, The Dorchester and Shangri-La since 2016.
Nathan has also taken on a master’s degree and hopes Kevin can help him win the crown.
Nathan and Kevin went through as the most consistent bakers from the first heats.
Dinesh & Ben – ELIMINATED
Gloucestershire-based Dinesh and Ben are hoping to wow with military precision.
Dinesh moved from Mauritius to join the British Army and served for eight years, winning 14 medals in culinary competitions during that time.
Ben dreams of opening his own patisserie and is also training for his helicopter licence.
Dinesh and Ben were in danger of going home in the final round of heat two after failing to make it into the top two, but the judges chose to keep all four teams.
Robert & Mireia – ELIMINATED
Working together for 18 months, Robert and Mireia work together at the historic Levens Hall in Cumbria.
Robert spent time working at prestigious London kitchens before settling in Cumbria for a rural life with his family.
Mireia, hailing from Barcelona, has won international awards for her patisserie skills.
The team were eliminated in the final round of the first heats, despite one team leaving the competition due to illness.
Sara and Giovanni – ELIMINATED
Italian duo Sara and Giovanni have an impressive career in pastry backing their bid for the win.
Over 17 years Sara has worked in a range of high-end London establishments like the Shangri-La and Soho House.
Giovanni worked under the tutelage of Paco Torreblanca before moving to the UK and working with Sara’s husband, who introduced the pair.
Sara and Giovanni were eliminated in week five.
David & Cydrick – ELIMINATED
Friendship is the magic ingredient for this pair, who have been friends for 35 years.
The pair met at culinary school at the age of 16 and have worked in Michelin star establishments in France.
They both settled in Birmingham after time on cruise ships, offering authentic French food in Maison Mayci.
David and Cydrick made it through to the final six after coming second in the first round of heats.
The pair were eliminated in the semi-finals.
Enrico & Antoine – ELIMINATED
Michelin-trained Enrico is a head pastry chef from Italy and has worked across Europe.
Joining Enrico is Antoine who moved from France four years ago and has worked in many high-end kitchens in London, such as Claridge’s.
Enrico keeps fit by windsurfing in his spare time while Antoine loves listening to heavy rock music.
Antoine and Enrico made it through to the final six after judges Benoit Blin and Cherish Finden decided to save all the teams from the final round in the second heat.
Jemima and Zack
Puddles Bespoke Patisseries offer luxury cakes, afternoon tea and desserts, all founded by Jemima.
Originally from Devon, Jemima has worked in some of the most revered establishments, such as The Fat Duck.
Friend of five years and fellow pastry chef Zack has spent time training across the world, including in the USA and France.
The pair wowed the judges and came top of their heat as they progressed to the final six.
