GOOD Morning Britain's Susanna Reid was forced to step in and correct Richard Madeley today before an interview with a Labour MP.
Batley and Spen representative Kim Leadbeater, the sister of murdered MP Jo Cox, appeared on today's show to talk about an episode of Dispatches that shines a light on threats made to politicians.
Announcing the segment, Richard said: "Let's go over and talk to Kim who..."
Susanna swiftly jumped in, reminding him they needed to screen a clip form the programme first.
Slightly flustered, Richard responded: "Yes, yes the clip first."
Richard has been ruffling feathers since becoming a regular on GMB at the tail end of last year.

The straight-talking journalist is often compared to hapless fictional radio host Alan Partridge and says it how he sees it.
Last week he came under fire for “short-sighted” comments about poverty.
Rachel Maclean, safeguarding minister in the Home Office said people needed to “protect themselves better”, adding "whether that is by taking on more hours or moving to a better-paid job”.

Debating her comments, Richard asked: “Do you think that she has got a point? That we are too quick as a society, largely because of social media to jump on the heads of people who are going into areas that are controversial but some people say need saying.
“In other words ‘God helps people who helps themselves’. It’s an old saying but it has a degree of wisdom to it, hasn’t it?”
Those watching at home were unimpressed by the comments, and took to Twitter to slam him.
