Strictly’s Craig Revel Horwood reveals plans for first dance with fiance Jonathan – with an unlikely celeb inspiration
STRICTLY Come Dancing judge Craig Revel Horwood has revealed plans for his first dance with his partner Jonathan Myring - and there's an unlikely celebrity inspiration.
During tonight's episode of the Chris and Rosie Ramsay Show, Craig and his partner Jonathan announce the ins and outs of their wedding.
Craig is famed for his extensive dancing background, however, Jonathan is not, with Strictly's Amy Dowdon being drafted in to teach him how to dance ahead of their big day.
"There sort of is pressure for our first dance," admits Craig.
"I did see that Rhumba last year that I liked. It was Johannes and John and I thought they would be perfect for the wedding, but as soon as I mentioned it on television Jonathan has a seizure.
"His head spun round three times and he threw up."

Interjecting, Jonathan quipped: "I can muster up a Charleston, but that’s about it.
"Amy Dowdon and her fiancé Ben have a dance school so I’m going to have two and half years of practice with them first."
Elobarating on types of moves the pair might be attempting, Craig added: "Yeah, we’re going to practice. I want big lifts, swing me about, darling!
"We might have to do a trick where I’m actually winched up like Anne Widdecombe was."
Craig and Jonathan got engaged back in 2020, but decided to wait until coronavirus restrictions had eased before saying I do.

The pair revealed they had got engaged during a holiday in Tasmania.
Speaking to , Craig, said: "There’s such comfort in knowing you have somebody that loves you and wants to spend the rest of their life with you.
“I feel like I have someone who has my back and I’ve got theirs.”
