John and Abbie announced their baby boy is due in late summer in a previous Instagram post.
It seems some fans didn't receive the first message with one commenting, "Hmm is this an announcement? A baby boy on the way?"
Other fans were more up to speed with one writing: "So happy for you two and your new baby boy".
Another commented: "Such a beautiful couple. Congratulations on your growing baby boy."
Some followers just left kind remarks for the expecting couple.
With one fan writing, "They are my absolute favorite couple" while another stated, "Congratulations...you both look beautiful"
DREAM COME TRUE
John's brother Jed, with his wife Katey Duggar, shared the first pictures of their son, Truett, whom they sometimes call True, in a new photoshoot.
Katey is seen getting her make-up done for the shoot and then the video moves to Tonia angling True just right for the picture.
A sleeping True is wrapped in a blanket while lying in a basket.
"We just got Truett’s newborn photos back and we are so in love!!" they captioned the post.
The clip kicks off with the duo in the car, talking about questions they've been getting in the final days of their pregnancy.
After answering a few questions, Jed then filmed Katey, revealing that the duo was preparing to head to the hospital "to get induced."
Katey then showed off the nursey and their packed bags.
They then arrived at the hospital, she changed into a hospital time, and it was soon baby time.
After the doctors induced her, Katey and Jed waited for their baby boy to get here.
Jed was by Katey's side during the birth but came under fire after he pointed out the mom-to-be's eating habits while in the hospital.
In the clip, Katey opened up to her husband about how excited she was to be having a baby.

"Who says that to their pregnant wife, in the process of having said child," one user wondered.
"Right. That is such a condescending and patronizing gesture," said another.
