Towie’s Diags reveals incredible TWO stone weight loss in the Dominican Republic – as he grows close to Elma Pazar
THE Only Way is Essex star Diags has revealed he's lost TWO stone as he grows close to Elma Pazar in the Dominican Republic.
The 31-year-old - whose real name is James Bennewith - is currently out filming the reality show's series abroad.
He's opened up about how his weight crept up after binging on booze and takeaways.
Diags dropped from 16st to 14st as he turned his health regime around.
"I gained a lot of weight, I was 16 stone in the end", Diags told The Sun.
"I gained loads because I was just drinking and eating s*** all the tie.

"I'm down to 14st now and trying to stick to it. I just want to feel better.
"I'm not bothered about how I look really, but I am surrounded by six packs. Lockie is a 6ft 2’ monster!
"But that's never been problem for me really, I just wanted to lose weight for my own health.

"You feel better about yourself if you start sticking to something and seeing results."
Revealing his top tips for beating the bulge, Diags said: "Don’t eat more than you need to eat
";When you feel full don’t keep eating. My eyes are always too big for my belly. Sometimes you are eating out of boredom.
"One beer is two mars! So now I'm having vodka soda lime instead."
His new health kick comes as he's grown close to Love Island's Elma Pazar.
The Sun told yesterday how has joined the cast after appearing on the ITV dating show in 2019.
The pair, who are currently filming in the Dominican Republic, are getting on so well they have even made a pact to marry in the future.
And she’s already mates with lots of the cast including Diags, who told us he’s ready to settle down.
