I’m s*** at dating and have to learn how to do it all over again, says newly-single Rylan Clark
NEWLY-single Rylan Clark has admitted he’s “s**t” at dating as he gets back on the scene following his split from husband Dan Neal.
The 33-year-old revealed he is “starting from scratch” after his six year marriage came crashing down last year – confessing it’s much harder now he’s famous.
He told The Sun: “Not only do you have to start again, which is an effort as it is, add to that you are Rylan. It’s a little bit weird.
“You could just go for dinner with a mate and next thing you know someone has took a photo and the next thing you know they are the mystery man.”
The TV presenter, who returns to Celebrity Gogglebox tonight, continued: “It’s all still pretty new to me, I am s*** at things like this. I am not confident when it comes down to that side of things, so I am just trying to take baby steps.”
Rylan first found fame as a contestant on The X Factor in 2012. He then became one of Britain’s most popular TV faces after winning Celebrity Big Brother the following year.

It was then Rylan met his former policeman ex while interviewing him on the spin-off show Bit on the Side after contestant Dan was evicted.
They married two years later and went on to make history when they became the first gay couple to present This Morning in 2016.
Throughout Rylan’s decade-long career, he’s often been described as the busiest man in showbiz – hosting Ready Steady Cook, Supermarket Sweep and Strictly spin-off It Takes Two — alongside a string of other screen appearances.
But last summer The Sun revealed Rylan was taking a break from his radio and TV roles to deal with his divorce.
Rylan has previously told how his mental health hit rock bottom when his six year marriage fell apart.
The 6ft4 presenter’s weight plummeted to under ten stone. He was admitted to hospital “for safety reasons” and had four months off work.
Tonight he returns to Celebrity Gogglebox alongside his mum Linda.
