Love Island fans slam ‘awkward’ moment between Indiyah and Ikenna as they share passionate kiss

LOVE Island fans were left hiding behind their hands as Ikenna Ekwonna finally made a move on Indiyah Polack and kissed her.

Indiyah, 22, pulled 23-year-old Ikenna aside for chat during Monday night's show in a bid to find out how he really feels about her.

She told him: "I feel like we have good chats but, in general, I feel like there's not much push and sometimes I feel a little bit confused about what you want.

"I'm just missing a little bit of action. I don't want you to force anything but it's sometimes it's nice to know that you're feeling interested."

Indiyah took his chin in her hand, as Ikenna replied: ";You know how I feel about you" .

She then pulled him towards her and they pair shared a rather loud and sloppy kiss.

Fans have since branded the smooch "awkward", with one even suggesting the pair "did not know" how to snog.

One tweeted: "Why does no one on this show know how to kiss?"

Another admitted: "I’m sorry but this kiss looked so awkward."

A third mused: "Surprised Indiyah didn't get neck crick from snapping her neck that far back during that awkward kiss with Ikenna..."

And a fourth even said: "That kiss made me feel physically sick."

The second their smooch had finished, Indiyah immediately told Ikenna: "I want you to actually mean it. You've shown it but I don't want you to do it if you don't mean it."

Ikenna insisted it was genuine.

Later in the beach hut, Indiyah had no complaints about her snog.

She said: "It was a good kiss, he's got good lips. Not going to say any sparks were flying but it was an ice-breaker kiss."
