The Bridge’s AJ Odudu left open mouthed in horror at contestant’s ‘disgusting’ comment – asking ‘what’s wrong with you?’

THE Bridge’s AJ Odudu was left open-mouthed in shock after hearing a contestant’s “disgusting” comment on the show.

AJ was quizzing Welshman David on scenes where he went undercover to sabotage a rival team, asking if he’d be tempted to trade in his normal job as a lorry driver to become a spy.

“I’d rather s*** in my hands and clap,” replied David – prompting AJ to recoil in horror, telling him: “That is so disgusting. What is wrong with you?”

The show sees two rival teams attempt to build a bridge across the South China Sea in Vietnam to win a £200k cash prize.

David, who is 35 and from South Wales, has admitted that he is “a bit narrow minded” and that appearing on the show meant he met his first ever vegan.

Talking to teammate Alim, he revealed: “My gay spectrum is not that big. I didn’t know what an otter was before I came here, or a bear.
