Towie’s Tommy Mallet shows off incredible body transformation after dropping 10kg amid health concerns
TOWIE star Tommy Mallet has revealed his ripped body transformation after "completely changing" his lifestyle.
The dad of one, 30, posted stark before-and-after images, revealing his 10kg weight shred, to his Instagram page.
The snaps saw Tommy strip topless for each shot, with the latest showing his abdominals noticeably more toned, his strong pectorals and muscular quads.
The TOWIE favourite candidly posted in his caption: "Nearly three months ago I was given a challenge to lose 10kg & completely change my lifestyle!
"I told my doctor I was going to do it and it did!
"Thank you everyone for the help along the way!

Tommy's followers were quick to support him, including fellow reality TV star Vicky Pattison who wrote: "Well done son 😍."
A fan then followed with: "Smashed it brother 👏👏👏" as another put: "Go on lad 👏👏👏."
One then surmised: "BIG UP @tommy_mallet."

Tommy, who proposed to long-time girlfriend Georgia this year, has spoken openly about his weight loss drive.
He admitted it came about after he was told he was on the verge of getting diabetes.
Baby Steps star Tommy told of the shock prognosis and confessed his "life was turned upside down."
At the start of June, he said: "On the 7th of April I was told that I was boarder lining type 2 diabetes.
"There's many reasons how this can happen, from that day forward I've changed my diet around & tried not to take on as much stress.. Heres my 2 month progress picture.
"@menshealthuk ring me in 3 months… Lets goooo!! Blood test at the end of this month! Il let you know the outcome."
Opening up about receiving the shock news, Tommy told the : “My whole world has been turned upside down the last week to be honest with you. It is mad.
"I did a 360 test with blood tests and I am at risk of type 2 diabetes. I am really healthy.
“But with covid, I started eating a bit of sugar because I can't taste anything, and it seems to have got the better of me.
"I have been working really hard this last week, trying really hard to get my weight down.”
Tommy and Georgia, who have been together since 2014, got engaged in February after he popped the question during a holiday to Mexico.
He proposed at sunset, as Georgia, 30, cradled their son Brody in her arms.

She uploaded photos of the sweet moment her beau got down on one knee and wrote on Instagram: "OF COURSE I SAID YES"
