THE Love Island girls send temperatures soaring as they leave the boys sweating in steamy scenes set to air tonight.

It's the return of the fan favourite heart rate challenge which will reveal who really gets each other going in the Love Island villa.

A teaser for Tuesday episode of the ITV2 reality show was played at the end of last night's instalment, proving that it could be the sexiest one yet.

Switching things up from their current couplings, Paige Thorne is seen giving Dami Hope a sexy lap dance while channelling Pamela Anderson in a red swimsuit and blonde wig.

Tasha Ghouri transforms into Barbie and is seen at one point posing inside a human size Barbie box.

Lucky Dami is treated to the same from Tasha who whips her long blonde her across his face.

Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu sets her sights on Davide Sanclimenti and seductively sucks his finger while wearing a bridal veil.

Danica Taylor, who fans were concerned had secretly left the villa, performs a steamy dance for Andrew Le Page while Indiyah Polack turns up the sex factor in a silver corset top.

Fans flocked to Twitter to share their excitement over the upcoming challenge.

One wrote: "Counting down the hours till 9pm for the heart rate challenge."

Another said: "The heart rate challenge is literally the most exciting thing that happens in love island other than casa amor lol."

Regular viewers will know that, while the boys are being treated to steamy performance from the girls, they will each be hooked up to a heart monitor to see which one really makes their heart beat faster.

Meanwhile fans also predicted the challenge could reveal Paige's true feelings for Jay - despite the fact she and Jacques O'Neill continue to grow close.
