Love Island fans spot ‘clue’ that Ekin-Su and Gemma row was faked for TV

LOVE Island fans think they have spotted a clue that Ekin-Su and Gemma’s huge row was faked to make good telly.

Furious Gemma, daughter of footballer Michael Owen, confronted Ekin-Su over "dickhead behaviour" after rumours were spread about true feelings for partner, fishmonger Luca Bish.

But in scenes shortly afterwards eagle-eyed viewers noticed that the pair were sitting next to each other at the villa’s blue party – despite their very fiery exchange.

Taking to Twitter to discuss how at ease they seemed with each other, one person wrote: “That “beef” was 100% orchestrated by the producers to give Gemma and Luca airtime, see how quickly it was squashed and how Ekin and Gemma were sitting together afterwards?”

A second added: “Ekin su sitting with Gemma after causing all this is so funny to me #LoveIsland.”

While a third wrote: “The way Ekin and Gemma are literally sitting next to each other now LOOOOL this was producer-made drama #LoveIsland.”

And another added: “How staged is this. Ekin & Gemma literally sitting right next to each other as if nothing just happened #loveisland.”

The drama kicked off earlier in the day when Dami Hope attempted to read Gemma's mind on how she regards her relationship with Luca.

He said: "You're happy with Luca right now.

"I feel like it would take a lot for your head to turn but there is a small chance that it probably could if someone really came in that was 100% you.

"I feel like that is where the confusion would probably come for you because we're not here to play games.

"I feel like you're still open in a sense, probably more open than Luca."

Gemma admitted: "Yeah, that was quite impressive. I don't think you're that far wrong."

Ekin-Su later relayed the "reading" to Paige and Jacques, who proceeded to tell his friend Luca as he says he wanted to "have his back".

As news got back to Gemma about Ekin-Su's conversations, Gemma confronted Ekin-Su saying: "You have started this, you've made drama over nothing."

"People need to concentrate on their own dramas, then if your relationship is perfect then you can give me advice but until then keep your nose out of it," she says.

"You've spoken about what Dami said about me...hung to the bit you knew was going to cause the most drama and run with it.

"I think that's dickhead behaviour...maybe you should just keep your nose out of other people's business and shut up."
