I want to write my own 50 Shades of Grey novel, but I’ll pen it in secret, says Davina McCall
THE Masked Singer star Davina McCall fancies becoming the new E.L. James by releasing her own filthy novels.
The telly host believes she has plenty of saucy tales in her locker to fill a series of books.
She said: “I’ve always fancied the idea of writing an erotic novel under a pseudonym at some point. I think I’d be really good at it.”
Talking with her boyfriend, hairdresser Michael Douglas, on their Making The Cut podcast, Davina said she has been inspired by a close pal.
The Masked Singer judge explains: “She’s left her job and now makes a fortune from erotic literature, and I am so jealous.
“I’ve got two of her books but I’ll have to hide them from my kids.

"The covers are too obviously erotic.”
Davina must have become an expert in relationships, having hosted Channel 4 dating shows Language of Love and Streetmate.
And she would have seen some raunchy antics while hosting Big Brother for ten years.
Let’s hope she doesn’t include a chapter based on 2005 contestant Kinga Karolczak and her wine bottle.
It's Olifans
OLIVIA ATTWOOD has seen things which she will struggle to forget in her new ITV2 series.
The Love Island favourite meets a host of people who – inspired by the OnlyFans boom – make big money by selling sexual content online.
They include Mercedes, a fitness enthusiast from Brighton, who told Olivia a punter paid £500 to watch her work out while eating spinach.
Plus, reality star Josh Ritchie tells how he made £12,000 from one X-rated video of him doing the windmill with his penis.
Appearing on Olivia Attwood: Getting Filthy Rich, which airs tonight, he says: “It was PG content at first, but you’ve either got to go all in or all out.
“If people say they are doing it and still doing PG, they’re lying.
“I think I got away with it for six weeks and then I was like, ‘F***!’ because I was making a lot of money
“If I do a picture, it’s £20 and I’ll send it to every single one of them. I think I made 12 grand off one video doing the windmill.”
Craig: I loved to shoplift
IF Craig Revel Horwood hits hard times perhaps he could return to life as a petty criminal.
The Strictly judge admits he was one of Sydney’s most notorious child shoplifters – and Woolworths was his main target.
The Aussie says: “I met a friend who taught me how to shoplift. It was fascinating. I loved it.
“One afternoon I had my school bag full of stuff like coloured pencils, a whole range of texters (marker pens), a jumper, loads of pens, a piece of cheap jewellery – the 70s bracelets.”
However Craig’s luck ran out when he was caught with his haul after trying to pinch some condensed milk – and then had to tell his mum.
Speaking during Mel Giedroyc's new Dave series Unforgivable, he explained: “It was the worst day of my life and I have not stolen another thing from that moment on.
“It taught me a lesson.”
STEPHEN MOFFAT’s The Time Traveller’s Wife is being axed after just one series. HBO has told the Doctor Who writer a follow-up hasn’t been commissioned, just two months after its premiere on Sky Atlantic.
The six-part show starred Game of Thrones star Rose Leslie.
At home with Jay and wife
THE INBETWEENERS star James Buckley and wife Clair have written their debut book.
Entitled At Home With The Buckleys after their YouTube series, it is full of tales about parenting and adulthood.
Dad-of-two James, who played Jay Cartwright in the E4 sitcom, said: “If you’re looking for a window into the lifestyles of the rich and famous, then you should probably pick something else to read.

“We still have some great stories post-kids, but they mainly start at the garden centre or the local soft play.”
