RONAN Keating gave a cryptic reply when asked if he'll enter the Love Island villa to support son Jack.
Jack, 23, is one of the bombshells who entered the villa this week in the ultimate test of loyalty for the current couples.
On Monday night Ronan, 45, appeared on The One Show and it wasn't long before the subject of Love Island was brought up.
Revealing the advice he gave his son, Boyzone singer Ronan said: "The bottom line is to just be yourself and I hope the people at home will see that and warm to him, because he's my boy."
Ronan added: "I just want to protect him and look after him."
Addressing Jack's attempts to crack on with Gemma Owen, Ronan said: "He did alright."

Host Jermaine Jenas then said: "There's always a point where the parents go into the villa.
"So if he gets far enough, will I be seeing you walking into the Love Island villa to support your boy?"
Avoiding the question, Ronan replied: "Firstly JJ I think you're a little too old to be watching Love Island."
Laughing Jermaine said: "That's a good get out!"
