TEEN Mom fans have become shocked after Amber Portwood has gone "pantless" in just thigh-high boots in her new rare video appearance.

Amber, 31, teased her curvy figure in an Instagram reel. 

The Teen Mom OG star modeled in a black outfit with white and red stripes, along with matching knee-high boots. 

Her brunette hair was lush with flowing curls.

The MTV star crossed her legs while she moved the camera around. 

Amber admitted that she had lost about "five pounds."

She credited her weight loss to her "new lifestyle of healthy eating." 

The reality star has also been "just focusing on self-love and care."

Amber noted the "music and a little sun" in her loft "was perfect this morning."

The Jhene Aiko song, Magic hour, played in the background. 

Amber and her ex Gary Shirley, 35, share their daughter Leah, 13. 

Gary is now married to his wife Kristina Anderson and has a 6-year-old daughter Emilee.

Amber is also the mother of her son James, three, and shares the little one with her ex Andrew Glennon.
