Inside Adam Collard’s £260k Newcastle home as he puts it up for sale ahead of Love Island appearance
LOVE Island star Adam Collard put his house up for sale before jetting off to Majorca to make his big comeback on the show.
Adam, 26, first appeared in the 2018 series of the ITV2 reality show but has now returned to the villa to cause trouble.
But before leaving his home in Newcastle, he called in estate agents before putting it on the market for £265,000.
Adam's house is a semi-detached, has three bedrooms and is described as a 'family home'.
The property has a lounge, a WC and a large modern kitchen/breakfast room with bifold doors leading to the garden.
Adam's outside space is mainly laid to paving with a strip of lawn and he has a seating area for soaking up the sun.

Upstairs, Adam has two double bedrooms - one with an ensuite - and a single bedroom, which he is using as a dressing room.
He has also transformed his second bedroom into a makeshift studio for recording social media videos and podcasts, kitted out with mics and headphones.
Adam has stuck with a neutural colour scheme of greys and creams throughout his house, which matches his swish kitchen and bathrooms.
He has decorated his lounge wall with funky pictures of the singer David Bowie and has a framed Newcastle United shirt ready to hang on the wall in his studio room.

The estate agent has described Adam's home as "stunning", adding that they "highly recommend an internal viewing to appreciate the accommodation and location on offer".
Adam is currently coupled up with Paige Thorne in the villa following Jacques O'Neill's shock departure.
