The short vid started with Penelope, 10, walking out of the garage.
The 10-year-old girl mouthed the lyrics to the Ellie Goulding song, Lights.
Kim Kardashian's daughter, North, nine - who was previously at Penelope's spa sleepover party - carried with her a bucket of water.
While her pal added more soap, North started playing around with the hose and sprayed water into the air.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians fans were upset in an online thread as they slammed Penelope's mother in the comments section.

Recently, the Kardashians' personal chef shared photos of the tasty treats made for Penelope's special day.
The snapshots were of the heart-shaped mini grilled cheese sandwiches and a bowl of marinara sauce sitting next to the sandwiches.
Chef K then posted a shot of the table filled with flowers, cheeseburgers, and chicken nuggets.

In May, Kourtney moved on from Scott Disick, 39, and married Travis Barker, 46, at a beautiful ceremony in Portofino, Italy.
