KIM Kardashian has shocked her fans with a surprising video of her latest bizarre cosmetic procedure at the plastic surgeon's office.
Kim, 41, shared her most recent visit to Dr. Simon Ourian, the founder of the Epione skin care clinic in Beverly Hills.
Kim was tagged with Relatively Nat and Liv stars Natalie Halcro and Olivia Pierson.
The A-list aesthetic specialist captioned the post: "It's always a pleasure having you ladies in."
Ourian explained he had treated the reality stars for vein removal to eliminate unsightly veins.

The aesthetic specialist mentioned he had used dual modality laster and sclerotherapy, which is a procedure used to treat blood vessel malformations.
The Instagram reel kickstarted with a trip to the office, which had a cart filled with champagne, tea, and other tasty treats.
Not for the squeamish, a needle can be seen being injected into the skin.
The text stated: "Girls Vein Party LOL. How amazing is this!"
Kim shared the shocking reel in her Instagram stories.
'A GOOD PERSON'
In Dec 2021, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians alum shared a heartfelt thank you to the plastic surgeon.
Kim wrote: "Happy birthday to the man who keeps me looking so young! (I hope) Lol.
"Seriously besides being an artist and seeing things in a totally different way than others, you are such a good person and friend."
He revealed: "She brings some of her friends over, and a lot of times, the diagnosis that she’s made for them is the same diagnosis that I make.
"We have a very similar understanding of what aesthetics make sense for someone’s face and what directions we can go.
Ourian concluded: "I have a lot of tremendous respect for her opinions because they’re very educated, very smart, and very articulate.”

Kim filed for divorce from Kanye West, 44, back in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage.
