THE View fans have confused by Whoopi Goldberg’s “strange” and “insulting” behavior during Wednesday’s live show.
In recent months, viewers have been calling for the 66-year-old comedian to be fired due to her on-air antics.
It all started about halfway through the broadcast when the hosts – Whoopi, Sara Haines, Joy Behar, Sunny Hostin, guest co-host Alyssa Farah Griffin – started discussing the end of the Choco Taco.
Fans immediately began to notice how “bored” the moderator looked throughout the whole discussion, noting how she barely participated and appeared like she didn’t want to be there.
Then the discussion turned to the hosts being scared of both home intruders hiding in the dark areas of their houses and also possibly being followed while out driving alone.
Despite her co-workers opening up about their fears, fans were shocked to see that Whoopi continued to look like she was bored by the whole conversation.

At one point, she simply laid her head down on her hand and sarcastically egged her co-hosts on.
As the segment continued on, the moderator started to completely check out from it and began playing around with her laser pointer, stunning viewers even more with her behavior.
One confused fan of The View asked: “Wth is Whoopi doing?”
Another wondered the same, tweeting: “What’s Whoopi doing? She looks bored.”

Others agreed that Whoopi was acting “kinda weird” throughout the whole middle of the show.
“Whoopi, we know you hate being on The View,” one stunned viewer wrote. “But rolling your eyes and playing with a laser pointer today was beyond insulting to your co-hosts.”
A second said: “What is wrong with Whoopi Goldberg?
“Rolling her eyes & then staring into space…She’s getting paid a fat check for nothing.”
Whoopi's "rude" behavior on the show comes just a couple days after she was forced to apologize to her co-host Sara.
Halfway through Monday's episode, Charlamagne tha God appeared as a guest, but only Whoopi and Joy got the chance to speak with him for the first part of his segment.
The trio got into a deep-dive conversation about politics, and the moderator went over time with her comments, pushing back Sara’s time.
Though she had a question she was scripted to ask Charlamagne during the first part of his interview, there wasn’t enough time and her moment was delayed.
Realizing what happened, Whoopi reached a hand out to Sara and apologized: “I’m sorry, baby, it’s your turn.”
Knowing she doesn’t really have enough time now to ask the guest all that she wants to ask him, Sara just assured Whoopi: “No, no, no! I think– I can get it when we come back.”
Accepting this response, Whoopi turned back to the camera and told viewers: “OK, we’re going. But we’ll be right back with Charlamagne.”
Despite getting her moment stepped on a bit during this segment of Monday’s show, Sara did a couple solo spotlights throughout the broadcast.
The Chase host had to fill in as The View's “knock-off lawyer” to read a few legal notes to viewers due to Sunny's absence from the show on Monday.
Sunny returned on Tuesday, though, where she was paired up with guest co-host Alyssa, who has reportedly been hired as a new full-time cast member, for a fun on-air game.
Unfortunately, not all of the hosts looked at the game as a friendly competition.
Joy looked less than impressed during the activity, as she showed fans just how competitive she could be.
In the first round, she had to give her partner Sara some clues about "summer fun in the sun" by describing words without saying them and her partner had to guess the answer.
They did pretty well, but Sara couldn't quite guess "sunblock," instead saying either "suntan lotion" or "sunscreen."
Joy later argued they should have got a point even though she didn't say sunblock, but other words similar.
"You know, that's the difference between playing and hosting, you don't get to choose," guest Michael Strahan sternly told her.

An annoyed Joy, poked her tongue out at the fill-in host.
But Joy eventually cheered up when her and Sara were announced winners.
